TaleWeavers
Storytelling Toastmaster Club
TaleWeavers is a fun and effective group of people that get together to learn the art of storytelling within the Toastmaters format. Our members are interested in developing impactful public speaking through the use of storytelling or just learning how to tell a good story!
Many professional public speakers including Jim Key, Craig Valentine and Zig Ziglar comment on the importance of Storytelling to an effective presentation. By making a point and telling a story to back up that point, your audiences will remember your message. TaleWeavers helps its members develop the power of story!

TaleWeavers is for anyone interesting in learning better public speaking and how to tell a good story. The members of TaleWeavers include professional storytellers, people who want to learn how to add impact to their presentations through story and folks who just want to hear and tell good stories. As a member of TaleWeavers, you'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you areto become better communicators.
At TaleWeavers, members learn by doing. We provide a fun and supportive environment for members to practice and be entertained. We meet twice a month for 1 and a half hours. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, impromptu speaking and improv, presenting prepared speeches and stories, and offering constructive evaluation.
